Harrison Hoyas Lacrosse

We are looking forward to the season and building our teams for success in 2024.  This year there are a few items to take note of as you complete registration.  

• Registration fee is $975 and includes the following:
  • Coaches Player Pack
  • HHS Athletic Fee ($25)
  • Raffle Tickets - $300 worth of raffle tickets, that can be resold as a way to cover the cost of registration.  
    • Each player will receive 30 tickets - $10 per ticket to sell to friends and family.
    • Families will keep all monies from selling the raffle ticket
    • Prizes:
      • 1st Prize – $1,000 cash
      • 2nd Prize - $750 cash
      • 3rd Prize - $500 cash
    • Raffle will be held at end of season banquet 
    • Raffle tickets will be given out on January 18 at the Potluck Dinner
• All players MUST be registered for the upcoming spring by Monday, January 15th in order to attend practices.

• PAY IN FULL:  Submit total fees online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account.
• SCHEDULED PAYMENTS:  Fees are divided into 4 installments with the first installment to be collected online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account. SCHEDULED PAYMENTS for registration only.  The remaining balance will be automatically debited from the SAME ACCOUNT with payments on 2/1/24, 3/1/24, and the final payment on 4/1/24.
• PAY OFFLINE (Check): Total fees will be collected via check upon conclusion of the registration session. Checks can be written to avoid the registration credit card fees.  Checks for the PAY OFFLINE option ($975) are due January 18 at the Pot Luck Dinner.  Check written to HHSLBC.  

This year we are offering our players the opportunity to get sponsors to cover the cost of registration.

• Please remember to complete your players 2023-2024 Registration for Cobb County Schools through ParentVUE by January 10, 2024.  Each player is required to have on file a physical and complete the Code of Conduct review.  You can find this registration online through the ParentVUE portal under Athletic Registration along the left of the main menu.  You will need to complete the registration and upload to the site the Physical Forms and complete the Code of Conduct review.  The Harrison Athletic Department will be monitoring these registrations and anyone without a valid physical will not be allowed to participate until it is updated.

• Please take a moment to complete this registration process.  If your child needs to have a new physical, the registration will show in process until completed.

• Players will not be allowed to practice or tryout without a Physical

• This is the time when players from Select thru Varsity for both Women and Men will be introduced, taking up the concessions and uniform deposit checks, making announcements about the season, and spending time with our families. This event will be in the HHS Cafeteria.
• Concession Deposit
  • Every family is responsible to cover 2 concession stand slots.  It is mandatory to work at least two shifts. A family can work any men or women’s lacrosse games
  • Concession signup Link: Will be sent once game schedules are finalized
  • If you would like to opt out of concession stand duty you can for $100.
  • $150 deposit is required (Unless you opt out) - check written to HHSLBC.  Check will not be cashed unless concession stand volunteer is not completed.
• Uniform Deposit
  • $150 deposit is required- check written to HHLBC.  Check will not be cashed unless uniform not returned.

We are organizing our 10th Annual Bid, Brew and Banter silent auction which will be held at the Governors Gun Club Kennesaw on Saturday, February 3 2024 at 6:30pm. This parent only social and fundraiser is a great way to interact with friends along with the Harrison Hoyas Lacrosse coaching staff with an evening of socializing, perusing the auction tables, and raising money to support our student athletes.  So mark your calendar and bring your friends, neighbors, and giving spirit.  

We are now accepting auction donation items.  For our annual auction, we rely on auction donated items to help us keep our costs low. That way, more money can go towards our program.

• Attend in Person: Tickets for the event can be purchased here: PURCHASE TICKETS. Drinks and hors d’oeuvres will be included with your ticket purchase. After you purchase tickets, you will need to register to bid: REGISTER TO BID

• Attend Virtually: If you are unable to attend in person you can still bid on our fabulous auction items during the event. Register to bid here: REGISTER TO BID.

• Silent Auction Items: We need tickets, memorabilia, themed baskets, get away packages and more!    If you would like to bid on it, chances are, other Harrison Hoyas Lacrosse supporters would too!  So get creative, use your resources, and donate an item(s) to help us make this our best auction yet!  Proceeds go toward supporting our Harrison Hoyas Lacrosse  athletes, and all donations are tax-deductible.

You must register first with US Lacrosse and then return to this Registration Session to signup.  If you have not already signed up with US Lacrosse, please follow these steps:

• Step 1:  Obtain current US Lacrosse Membership

  • IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE to go to US Lacrosse Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with US Lacrosse. Each player must have their own unique US Lacrosse confirmation number.

  • TO LOOK UP/RENEW A US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE to go to US Lacrosse Membership Lookup.

• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the US Lacrosse Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
